New to the market, this delightful beach house has been newly renovated and is bursting with character. Best of all, it is a 2-minute stroll to the beach and Camps Bay’s strip of bars and restaurants.

The patio includes sun loungers, a hanging chair and outdoor sofas for sunbathing, as well as your own private pool (with direct views of Lion’s Head) to cool down on Cape Town’s hot summer days.

The space

The inside of the property is airy with a large open plan living and kitchen area with access out onto the patio. Guests can access the swimming pool from either the main entrance, living room or the main bedroom, which features a king-sized four poster bed and large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also ensuite, with a queen-sized bed. The living area has aircon too. The beach house has a backup power source for when we experience South Africa’s power cuts (load shedding).

For those with a hire car, there is a private and covered parking bay with remote control access.

Finally, right around the back of the property is the ‘Little Glen’ Nature Area, with clear hiking paths and awesome close-up views of Table Mountain.
